Order Process

Our order process is very simple and as it’s your special day we want to make sure you are involved every step of the way.

Step 1 – Browse our website and once you find a design you like contact us (either by using the contact us form on each product page or emailing rellainvites@outlook.com)

Step 2 – All designs are bespoke so can be changed to anything you like, we can arrange a telephone call/skype consultation or via email (for those in Staffordshire we can meet face to face) to discuss your requirements and any changes you would like to make

Step 3 – After discussing your requirements and budget we will send you over a few different design proofs (min 2) for you to look at and choose your favourite elements from

Step 4 – Once design and wording has been agreed we will email a final proof for you read over and make any amendments (you can do this as many times as you like – it is important that you are happy before approving your proof)

Step 5 – Once all details are confirmed we will send over your final order details with payment details.

We can book your production slot in advanced without payment, however all monies must be paid before production commences (timescales to be agreed at time of ordering)

Step 6 – All orders are handmade and dependant on workload at the time lead times can vary. It is important you contact us in plenty of time to ensure your invitations arrive prior to the date you wish to hand them out to your guests
